At Tower Property we are excited to report that thanks to our hard working lettings team and great properties from our landlords we managed to let 87 properties in the month of August alone! This breaks our previous monthly record of 68.

This is great news for our landlords who can be confident that Tower is employing all means possible to ensure their properties are let. The August performance plus a strong performance throughout the year has meant that Tower's occupancy level is at 96%, meaning that almost 100% all of our managed apartment are now let. In order to keep the lettings staff busy we are now also letting out property that is not managed by Tower, however our staff are more motivated to let out managed apartments at any time. We are also expecting a busy September, however if you're property is currently vacant and has been for a while please contact our customer care department and we'll be happy to review the property.

This successful performance is due to a highly motivated lettings team, an active network of external lettings agents, effective marketing and networking strategies and of course the quality and professional presentation of our landlord's properties. We always try to ensure that our landlord's properties are presented to tenants as well as possible both online, and on the premises itself.

August is always a busy period as Budapest experiences an influx of international students. However its not all been students. Tower has rented to quite a number of ex-pat professionals lately. The most expensive letting in August was for EUR 2,842, and was for a luxury apartment in District V.
