At least according to the developers' promise. Figures show that a total of 12,000 new apartments in Budapest are expected to be delivered. Though in many cases it is expected that the investment will be realized much later.
Of the currently running projects, thousands (4400) are going to be ready by the end of this year, while in many other cases the realistic date of finishing the apartments is 2019.
In some other investments, although some delay can be expected, it is possible that next year's ending will be supported not only with visual designs but with the current state of construction as well.
For real estate developments that are very slow or have not yet started, it is also important to note that in 2020 there will be no preferential VAT, and even if you find a developer who takes over this cost, they are not the majority.
In addition, there is a constant demand for new homes, and although there are a lot of running projects currently in the capital, there are fewer opportunities to choose because demand is still very high.
