It's worth for multinational companies to move their offices to the Hungarian capital. Great opportunities lie in the Hungarian office market, since the investors can get cheap and skilled workforce, cheep offices and great traffic opportunities in a constantly developing metropolis.

According to the economic studies the Hungarian office market has a great potential, so it’s really worth for multinational companies to rent an office in Budapest, because they can get cheap and skilled workforce, cheap office spaces and great traffic opportunities. The international companies’ interest in Budapest is growing. Hungary is amongst the countries with a low investment volume, but according to the data of new studies the Hungarian capital can become one of the most popular destinations of the investors, because of six aspects.

Skilled and Cheap Workforce
One of the most important things is that the investors can get cheap and skilled workforce here: 45 percent of the population between 25 and 40 has a university or college degree. Hungary has not less than 35 universities and colleges, compared to Vienna’s 19. The supply of engineers and IT experts is large. And the workforce is cheap, too: in Hungary the costs of workforce per hour is the 6th cheapest in the European Union: it’s only EUR 8, compared to the euro zone’s EUR 30.8.  

Great Traffic Opportunities
The office buildings are located at traffic junctions, from where it’s easy to get to any parts of the city, and from Budapest most European cities are approachable by plane. The traffic network of Budapest is dense (two times denser than Prague’s or Vienna’s), and it’s developing: the Metro Line is to be opened in March, and the new rent-a-bike system called BuBi also starts in spring. With its 1.7 million residents Budapest is the biggest city in Eastern Europe, which is developing day by day. Several parts of the city are getting to be renewed, and new office complexes are being built. In Hungary the costs per office space are the lowest in Europe, only the half of the average.
