Budapest Got its Best Results in the Field of Price Standards
Budapest got its best results in the field of price standards; the capital got the 6th place thanks to the favorable prices of food and drinks. In the field of hotels and transport Budapest got the 11th place which it shares with Prague. The Hungarian capital got the worst results in the field of comfort: it ranked at the 21st place because of the lack of English-speaking Hungarian shop assistants and the short opening hours of the shops.
Globe Shopper City Index Helps Retail Managers and Tourists as Well
Per Setterberg, CEO of Global Blue thinks Globe Shopper City Index helps retail managers, because knowing the results they can develop their shops according to the consumer claims. The results of the study also help the tourists find the cities that meet their expectations. The results have shown that in aspect of international shopping tourism the balance of comfort, price and accessibility is inevitable.
